Shipping Policy

At Florist&Farmer, we use third-party couriers for delivering flowers and gifts. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays or unforeseen circumstances such as damage to packages or gifts not arriving at a certain time or place. Once a gift has been delivered to a concierge or front desk at the delivery address provided to us, we cannot be held responsible for the gift getting to the recipient. If a gift cannot be delivered and is redirected to a local post office for collection, it is recommended that the gift be collected within 24 hours due to perishable nature of flowers. Please ensure that the shipping and address information provided to us is accurate to avoid any issues with delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

We are a seasonal florist, which means that the products we offer may differ from the on our website due to the availability of flowers or local growing conditions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us through our "Contact" page. Please note that we are not liable for any consequential, indirect, special, punitive, remote, or incidental damages, except for those guaranteed by the Australian Consumer Law.
