Woman on Farm

hey there, i'm erran

I manage our family flower farm in the Macedon Ranges

we grow "slow flowers"- chemical-free and seasonal - to care for the environment and our customers

It’s more work to follow the weather, but sharing vibrant, ethical blooms makes every day worth it.

guilt-free flowers

Our locally produced flowers are guilt-free because they are sustainably sourced, ethically produced, and packaged with minimal waste

no nasties

Our farm uses permaculture design and natural strategies (like companion planting) to control pests instead of using pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides

healthy soil, healthy flowers

By producing our own aerobic thermal compost and practicing no-dig farm methods, we improve the quality of the soil and encourage a diverse ecosystem that supports sustainable flower farming. We don't use any synthetic fertilizers because these can harm beneficial microorganisms and lead to long-term soil degradation

ethically produced

Our flowers are grown using sustainable methods and our labour practices are fair and equal, providing an ethical alternative to many of the flowers produced overseas
